How to do it:
Get your man to lie on his back, then slide up on top, facing away from him (like Reverse Cowgirl).  Lie back on him completely so your head rests on his chest or shoulder, with your feet planted on either side of his pelvis.  Swirl your hips at any desired rhythm, but try starting off slowly and gradually working faster.  For deeper results, make him lift his hips upwards into you as you come down or around on him.
